MODERN DAY SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING STATEMENT
This is a statement on behalf of Exclusive Health under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Exclusive Health is committed to identifying and challenging any instance of modern slavery and human trafficking in its businesses and that of its supply chains. We encourage staff to report concerns over any aspect of the conduct of our business or that of our suppliers to our Director or Head of Compliance.
ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE
Exclusive Health has its head office in Manchester, and we operate exclusively in the United Kingdom.
Exclusive Health is a MEDCO regulated Medical Reporting Business.
EXCLUSIVE HEALTH SUPPLY CHAIN
Exclusive Health does not operate in an industry where there is a high risk of modern-day slavery.
A risk-based approach has been adopted to review our supply chain. Where suppliers are required to make their own statement in accordance with the Act, we will monitor and review the content of these statements published and seek additional assurance where we believe it is necessary.
As part of our ongoing process to identify and mitigate risk, we carry out appropriate due diligence when working and engaging with suppliers.
BOARD APPROVAL
The Modern Slavery Statement has been approved by the Director of Exclusive Health and the Senior Management Team, who will review and update it regularly.
